Our experience with Style Real Estate was great,
Courtney spent time on a Friday night working through a contract with us and taking photographs of our property. Mark helped to get the wheels in motion and an attractive listing was up on the web in a couple of days. Jake went about seeing through prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner and we had multiple applications presented to us within two weeks. Our property is now let in a much tighter time frame than we had envisioned.
We will definitely use these guys again when the need arises and I cannot recommend them enough.

We would highly recommend Style Real Estate to be your agent. He helped us sell our unit very quickly in a competitive market.
We were looking for an agent who was selling properties in the same area, and who also had a large portfolio. Style Real Estate fit that bill nicely for us.
To start with Style Real Estate presented as someone who knew the business and current market very well. Style Real Estate explained everything involved in great detail and made the whole process a lot less daunting. Especially because this was my first sale, I came out of our first consultation a lot more confident we could get a good sale for our property.
Style Real Estate had open homes every week until we found a buyer. He gave regular reports, feedback and updates several times per week. I found this helpful to make changes to our ads into our marketing campaign and gave us an accurate picture what the market’s response was to our property. Style Real Estate helped us negotiate the best price for our property. We couldn’t be happier with this sale!
Style Real Estate also did a great deal of work which we didn’t expect of him such as communicating a lot with the buyer and tenant after the property was under offer. This made the whole process smooth and easy. Whatever the problem was Sam fixed it for us or made things a lot easier for us.
